You can boost your brain power at any age

It’s never too late or too early to fight brain aging. Preventing the loss of memory will always be easer then restoring it.

We should be aware of how our memories work, what changes occur in memory over time, and how we can improve our memories as we get older.

The good news is that research shows there are many effective strategies and skills you can learn in order to help you remember things that are important to you.

Who is this program for?

The program is ideally for people who are experiencing normal age-related memory changes, or those who are interested in learning more about this topic.
Adults of all ages are welcome, although the focus is on seniors.
